AcknowledgeConfirming that you have read and understood a post. Often required for critical updates.
AlertA type of post that requires immediate attention and cannot be dismissed without acknowledgment.
AnnouncementA post used to remind users of important information. Displayed prominently at the top of a channel.
ChannelA category or section of the platform where specific types of content are organized (e.g., "HR Updates").
CommentA response or feedback left by a user on a post. Can be used to ask questions or share thoughts.
Content TypeThe format or purpose of a post (e.g., Article, Survey, Event).
DepartmentA group of employees organized by function or responsibility (e.g., Marketing, IT).
Engagement SurveyA survey used to measure employee sentiment or gather feedback on specific topics.
EventA post that highlights a company or team event, often requiring an RSVP.
