The Cohesiveness platform supports a variety of content types, each designed for specific purposes. Here’s an overview of the most common types:

  1. Article:
    • Used for formal business updates or detailed information.
    • Includes a title, description, and rich text content (e.g., images, links).
  2. Alert:
    • Designed for critical updates that require immediate attention.
    • Cannot be dismissed without acknowledgment.
  3. Announcement:
    • Used to remind employees of important information.
    • Displayed prominently at the top of a channel for a specified period.
  4. Survey:
    • Used to gather feedback or opinions from employees.
