- Article:

- Includes a title, description, and rich text content (e.g., images, links).
- Alert:
- Designed for critical updates that require immediate attention.
- Cannot be dismissed without acknowledgment.
- Announcement:
- Used to remind employees of important information.
- Displayed prominently at the top of a channel for a specified period.
- Survey:
- Used to gather feedback or opinions from employees.
- Can include multiple question types (e.g., multiple choice, text response).
- Event:
