The platform provides analytics to help you measure the performance of your content. Here’s how to use them:
- Overview Dashboard:
- The overview dashboard provides a high-level summary of your content’s performance.
- Key metrics include:
- Total Views: The number of times your post has been viewed.
- Engagement Rate: The percentage of users who interacted with your post (e.g., reacted, commented).
- Acknowledgment Rate: The percentage of users who acknowledged the post (if required).
- Content Types Report:
- This report shows how different types of content (e.g., articles, surveys) are performing.
- Use this data to identify which content types are most effective.
- Engagement Over Time:
- Track how engagement with your content changes over time.
- This can help you identify trends and adjust your content strategy accordingly.
- User Activity:
- View which users have interacted with your posts (e.g., read, acknowledged, responded).
- To view user activity:
- Go to the Posts section.
- Find the post and click the "View Activity" button.
- Review the list of users and their actions.
