The platform provides analytics to help you measure the performance of your content. Here’s how to use them:

  1. Overview Dashboard:
    • The overview dashboard provides a high-level summary of your content’s performance.
    • Key metrics include:
      • Total Views: The number of times your post has been viewed.
      • Engagement Rate: The percentage of users who interacted with your post (e.g., reacted, commented).
      • Acknowledgment Rate: The percentage of users who acknowledged the post (if required).
  2. Content Types Report:
    • This report shows how different types of content (e.g., articles, surveys) are performing.
    • Use this data to identify which content types are most effective.
  3. Engagement Over Time:
    • Track how engagement with your content changes over time.
    • This can help you identify trends and adjust your content strategy accordingly.
  4. User Activity:
    • View which users have interacted with your posts (e.g., read, acknowledged, responded).
    • To view user activity:
      1. Go to the Posts section.
      2. Find the post and click the "View Activity" button.
      3. Review the list of users and their actions.
