5.1 Monitoring Engagement

Engagement metrics help you understand how users are interacting with your content. Here’s what to look for:

1. Reactions:
   • Reactions (e.g., Like, Love, Celebrate) show how users feel about your posts.
   • To view reactions:
     1. Go to the Posts section in the content dashboard.
     2. Find the post and click on it to view the details.
     3. Check the reactions below the post.
2. Comments:
   • Comments provide valuable feedback and allow users to ask questions or share their thoughts.
   • To view comments:
     1. Go to the Posts section.
     2. Find the post and click on it to view the details.
     3. Scroll to the Comments section to read and respond to comments.
3. Survey and Poll Responses:
   • For surveys and polls, you can view how users have responded.
   • To view responses:
     1. Go to the Posts section.
     2. Find the survey or poll and click the "View Responses" button.
     3. Review the results and analyze the data.
