- How do I acknowledge a post?
- Open the post and click the "Acknowledge" button at the bottom of the post. This confirms that you’ve read and understood the content.
- Can I change my notification preferences?
- Yes, you can customize your notification preferences by going to your Profile and selecting Notification Settings. From there, you can choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive.
- What should I do if I can’t log in?
- Ensure you’re using the correct username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it. If you’re still having trouble, contact your system administrator.
- How do I set a reminder for a post?
- Open the post and click the "Set Reminder" button. Choose the date and time for the reminder, and select your preferred calendar platform to save it.
