4.3 Managing Published Content

After publishing, you may need to make changes to your post or track its performance. Here’s how to manage published content:

  1. Editing Posts:
    • To edit a published post:
      1. Go to the Posts section in the content dashboard.
      2. Find the post you want to edit and click the "Edit" button.
      3. Make your changes and click "Save".
  2. Deleting Posts:
    • To delete a post:
      1. Go to the Posts section.
      2. Find the post you want to delete and click the "Delete" button.
      3. Confirm the deletion.
  3. Resending Notifications:
    • If you need to remind users about a post, you can resend notifications:
      1. Go to the Posts section.
      2. Find the post and click the "Resend Notifications" button.
  4. Viewing Responses:
    • For posts that require user responses (e.g., surveys, polls), you can view the responses:
      1. Go to the Posts section.
      2. Find the post and click the "View Responses" button.
