2.1 Logging In

To access the Cohesiveness platform, follow these steps:

1. Open Your Browser: Navigate to the Cohesiveness platform URL provided by your organization.
2. Enter Your Credentials:
   • Username: This is typically your company email address.
   • Password: Use the password you created during the activation process. If you haven’t activated your account yet, check your email for an activation link.
3. Click "Log In": Once you’ve entered your credentials, click the "Log In" button to access the platform.
   Troubleshooting Login Issues:
   • If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions to reset it.
   • If you don’t receive an activation email, check your spam folder or contact your system administrator for assistance.
