4.2 Publishing Content

Once your post has been approved (or if approval is not required), you can publish it. Here’s how:

1. Publishing Approved Content:
   • If your post has been approved, click the "Publish" button.
   • Your post will go live and be visible to the intended audience.
2. Publishing Without Approval:
   • If your organization does not require approval, you can publish your post directly.
   • Click the "Publish" button to make your post live.
