Once your content is ready, you’ll need to publish it. Depending on your organization’s workflow, some posts may require approval before they go live. Here’s how to manage the publishing and approval process:
4.1 Submitting Content for Approval
If your organization requires content to be approved before publication, follow these steps:
- Review Your Content:
- Before submitting, review your post to ensure it is complete and accurate.
- Check for spelling and grammar errors, and make sure all required fields are filled out.
- Submit for Approval:
- Click the "Submit for Approval" button at the bottom of the post.
- Your post will be sent to the designated approvers for review.
- Approval Workflow:
- Approvers will receive a notification about the pending approval.
- They can review the post, request changes if necessary, and approve it once it meets organizational standards.
