3.2 Responding to Content

In addition to reading posts, you may be asked to respond to certain types of content, such as surveys, polls, or event invitations. Here’s how to participate:

1. Surveys and Polls:
   • Surveys and polls are used to gather your feedback or opinions on various topics.
   • To participate:
     1. Open the survey or poll post.
     2. Answer the questions by selecting your preferred options or typing your responses.
     3. Click "Submit" to complete the survey or poll.
   
   Tip: Surveys and polls are often anonymous, but some may require you to provide your name or department.
2. Events:
   • Event posts are used to inform you about upcoming company or team events (e.g., meetings, training sessions).
   • To respond to an event invitation:
     1. Open the event post.
     2. Click the "RSVP" button.
     3. Select your response (e.g., "Attending," "Not Attending," "Maybe").
     4. Add the event to your calendar by clicking the "Add to Calendar" button.
   
   Note: If the event requires a response, make sure to RSVP by the deadline.
