5.2 Assigning Roles

Roles determine the level of access and responsibility users have on the platform. Here’s how to assign roles:

  1. Content Editor Role:
    • Users with this role can create, edit, and publish content.
    • To assign this role:
      1. Go to the user’s profile in the Users section.
      2. Select Content Editor from the role dropdown menu.
      3. Save the changes.
  2. Content Approver Role:
    • Users with this role can review and approve content before it is published.
    • To assign this role:
      1. Go to the user’s profile in the Users section.
      2. Select Content Approver from the role dropdown menu.
      3. Save the changes.
  3. Combining Roles:
    • Users can have multiple roles (e.g., Content Editor and Approver).
    • To assign multiple roles:
      1. Go to the user’s profile.
      2. Select all applicable roles from the dropdown menu.
      3. Save the changes.
